What is messaging

Post-sale messaging is the tool that allows sellers to start private communication with buyers after the sale is made. To achieve a better experience via API, sellers can only initiate contact choosing a reason, and then they can create, send and consult the pack messages (have one or various orders). Thus, you reduce the operational load and avoid automatic communications.

The buyer can always communicate with the seller and the seller can respond normally, without having to choose a reason.
On April 1, 2022, it will be required to use the "tag=post_sale" parameter in all requests for messaging features (/messages).
